Fun to watch. (Especially for people like me who can’t draw.)
There are things I can watch someone do, watching very intently, and still not be able to do them. Dunking a basketball would be one. Drawing anything more than a stick man would be another.

… Most of us are never going to go to the Faroe Islands so it’s not like it’s going to be a spoiler. Peaceful music, vivid photography. It’s worth watching.

I don’t have enough guts to say that he sheds some light on the subject. That would be really dorky.
A little humor.
I’ve always thought the most fun kind of humor is over-the-top pretentiousness. It’s not a universal humor – some people are put off by it – but hey, really there’s nothing that everyone likes.

One of my closest friends had polio when he was little. Actually, the effects of it are lifelong. He hasn’t had it as hard as the guy in this video but he’s had it hard enough. When I was a boy there were a lot more people in iron lungs like this and the thought terrified me.
A new life, and no, not that Georgia.
Any connections I have had with Afrikaner people have been second-hand but I have found their story interesting in many ways. This piece shows how some of them are leaving their native South Africa and finding a new life in a country I would have predicted.
